Resolve Roofing were approached by a client from Doagh.
Following an inspection of the property, we concluded that the property required a new roof. This is due to age-related issues, poor previous installation, rotten timbers, and bad repairs. We opted to fit a complete new breathable roof with a 10-year guarantee. 8 new Keylite roof windows 780×980 with white pvc finish, 4 windows also had blinds installed and a Bonding strip to separate neighbouring properties roofs.
All of property had new wooden fascia boards fitted, followed by white soffit, woodgrain OGEE anthracite uPVC fascia and black round guttering. Woodgrain uPVC does not fade over time.
