Resolve Roofing were approached by a client from Jordanstown.
Installation of a new roof with Northstone Causeway tiles and tile specific dry verge trims. This roof is fully breathable and maintenance-free due to the elimination of any mortar bedding on ridges or gables and adequate ventilation installed. 10-year guarantee was also provided.
A new flat green roof was then installed. This required all new timbers and decking due to rot. New lead flashing was installed, treated and sealed. New fascia and guttering also included.
Two new Keylite roof windows were installed on this property, with one of those solar-powered and rain sensored.
